My Approach :

• Passionate about the skills involved with all aspects of communication
• Pragmatic approach – very clear about understanding client objectives and careful to manage expectations about what can realistically be achieved
• Action focused – too many workshops and training courses involve a lot of talking which leads to not much action
• Challenge participants and inspire them to work hard - their time is precious.
• Fun – laughter and enjoyment provide the best possible backdrop for constructive learning
• Results driven – consistently highly positive feedback from clients for both facilitation and personal impact coaching.

How I got here

• Graduated from Cambridge University with B.Ed(Hons)
• Worked extensively as an actor for the National Theatre, the Royal Shakespeare Company and many West End and regional theatres.
• Private Practice as vocal coach for actors, singers, dancers and TV presenters
• Vocal Coach for several premier Drama Schools
• Executive Director for International Summer Course for Music Theatre
• Freelance Personal Impact Coach and Corporate Trainer working throughout public and private sector to help participants utilise skills employed by professional communicators in a corporate arena
• Set up Presenting Solutions for AKT Productions Ltd to design and deliver Presentation Skills training
• Member of freelance facilitation team for futurefocus@dti; a neutral future envisioning centre situated within DTI and working with stakeholders across Whitehall, UK business and academia.
